To travel to cities further from Johor Bahru, you may check online to purchase your bus or coach ticket if not you can easily purchase a ticket to Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru at the Queen Street Bus Terminal which you can then transit at Larkin Bus Terminal. The bus journey from Singapore-Johor Bahru is approximately 50 minutes to an hour during non-peak days and rush hours.

This is a direct/express bus service by a private Malaysian operator. Please visit their website to book tickets. 


Singapore-Johor Express

This bus service only accepts cash and tickets cannot be booked online. Seats are not pre-allocated, and frequency is every 30min.


Things to note

Most coaches have large compartments for storage of luggage located on the side of the bus. Please remember to keep your valuables with you in your hand-carry bag which can be placed in the compartment just above your seat. 

Please remember to have a valid visa (if required) to enter Malaysia. Getting a visa at the Malaysia custom is expensive and time-consuming. Most long-distance coaches have pit-stops along the way for toilet breaks and refreshments on the bus trip to Malaysia. Don’t forget to get some Malaysia currency (Ringgit) ready for such expenses. There is a money changer located very near to BOND Capsule Hotel. Kindly ask our front desk staff for assistance on the direction.
